Wellington Shire Council has welcomed the State Government announcement that Covid-19 pandemic restrictions will be eased as of midnight tonight (Friday 22 April 2022).

The easing of restrictions means check-ins and proof of vaccination status will no longer be required for any members of the public attending any Council buildings or facilities including the Port of Sale (Wellington Centre) and precinct.

Face masks are not required, however are recommended in circumstances where physical distancing isn’t possible.
